NPC Trainer - Scht 0.3

Talk about how to change the way the game looks here.

NPC Trainer - Scht 0.3

Postby Kra » Tue Oct 14, 2008 11:03 pm

I think I found how to fix them with the help of exmldnet :) Thanks Kryslin for your great tool which helped me to find the wrong values. And thanks for your explanations about the models :)

  • Here is how to fix them:

    Open with an hexadecimal editor, the file plObdy00.nj (= Nurse)
    - Go to offset 0BA8
    - Replace 59 by 41

    Open with an hexadecimal editor, the file plPbdy00.nj (= Guild lady)
    - Go to offset 0DF0
    - Replace 59 by 41

    Open with an hexadecimal editor, the file plQbdy00.nj (= Irene)
    - Go to offset 0D84
    - Replace 59 by 41

    Open with an hexadecimal editor, the file plRbdy00.nj (= Momoka)
    - Go to offset 0FD8
    - Replace 59 by 41

    If you are lazy or don't know how to do this, you can have the modified files here.

  • NPC Trainer:
    How to use them?
    You need to use a NPC Trainer to change your character in NPC.

    To do this, you can use one of these npc trainer for 1.25.10 and 1.25.13

  • If you are lazy, you can have the modified files here.

  • You can't use permanently these npc skins on Schtserv (there is a protection because without the fix = fsod for you and people in the lobby). BUT you can use them temporary like I did (but only you will see the NPC).

    To do this, you can use this crappy npc trainer I tried to make with Cheat Engine. Activate it on the lobby, choose a character, go to another lobby and it should works.
    Someone reported me it doesn't work with Vista, sorry...

  • If you want the cheat engine's file with the pointer value, it's here.

oh if only delta where this easy, looks to be a great addition, too bad others cant see it, I want to start skinning now that i have SKIRTS available, <3<3<3<3<3<3

I wonder though, will it ever be possible for other people to see it without crashing.

Yes but the skin is for the player so it's not really a problem :)

Yes it's normal if the text flashes red. It confirms you it's applied.
Click on "Activer NPC" then click on a character in the lobby and change lobby.

Yes don't forget this: you need to use your character's head/hair to your class default.
It will crash you if you don't do this.

Well, how do I keep the skin active? I saw people running around with the skins even after the update. I used CE to change my skin, and no one else saw it.

You can only keep active these npc:
00 = ninja
01 = Rico
02 = Sonic
03 = Knuckles
04 = Tails
05 = Flowen
06 = Elly

To do this, if it works on the lobby, go to the dressing room and activate the npc and choose your npc. It will save it and stay active.
